You will be directed to our booking site to complete the reservation process. Once complete, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Invoice with balance due will be sent 14 days before arrival, and you will receive check-in instructions the week of arrival.

It is very important that you print and keep a copy of the check-in instructions with you during your stay. There is a lot of information found within including access codes and the answers to most questions.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and that renter must occupy the condo the entire length of stay.

Use of the amenities and facilities is limited to registered guests and maximum occupancy of condos.

Beach/Pool access bands are provided for the number of guests on the reservation. They are for use during your stay & must be worn while on property and left on the check-in table upon exit. A $20 replacement fee per band will apply for lost bands.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy at our condos is five (5) at SeaDrift and four (4) at both BeachPlum and ShoreBreak.
This includes adults and children (age 3 and up)

Pack 'n Play is available in all our condos for infants

We do not have pull-out sofa beds, cots or air mattresses
PARKING AVAILABILITY

One designated parking spot is included at each condo. A temporary paper hangtag is used for our designated spaces and will be provided upon check-in.

Visitor spots are extremely limited, first come/first served, and do require advanced notice to obtain a visitor pass.

Boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated.
LENGTH OF STAY

Reservations can be made for 3-14 nights.

A down-payment of 50% is required to secure booking.

Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Invoice will be emailed with link to complete payment.

For reservations less than 14 days before check-in, total payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received by written notice at least 14 days before scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received by written notice less than 14 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded fees and 50% of total nightly stay including tax, and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all our guests and is available for purchase through our website. We do occasionally have tropical storm threats and reserve the right to cancel inside 14 days. We will refund in full when our properties need to be evacuated due to threat of a hurricane, so we may prepare for the storm.

Both of our condo complexes prohibit rentals with pets.

FEES

Florida State Tax & Volusia County Tourist Tax - 12.5% tax will be collected with all bookings as required.

Linen Fee - $50.00 All linens are provided including beach towels.

No additional cleaning fee is required.

Damage Waiver - $50.00 non-refundable fee covers up to $500.00 in ACCIDENTAL damages that are REPORTED by you.

Security Deposit is not required !!
