New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest city in Florida and lays claim to some of the most beautiful ocean views. Our condos are located directly on the family-friendly section of beach without cars. Just 3 miles south of Flagler Ave, we are a close proximity to numerous local stores and restaurants. Favorite must-do's include: oceanfront dining at The Breakers for delicious burgers, people watching from the deck at Flagler Tavern, and if your vacation dates include the 4th Saturday of the month, we highly recommend the Wine Walk!

Just over the North Causeway drawbridge from Flagler Ave, you'll find our historic Canal Street. This eclectic area features many local artisans and more fabulous dining at restaurants like Corkscrew Bar & Grill or casual seating and a craft beer at the New Smyrna Beach Brewing Company. Canal Street hosts numerous events, including car shows and an Annual Christmas Craft Fair!

A short drive south of our condos will take you to more of our favorite stops. If you're a fan of local fresh seafood and a casual atmosphere, then we highly recommend peel & eat shrimp at JB's Fish Camp. Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the lagoon or rent a kayak for a closer view of scenery and wildlife. Just past JB's, is the entrance to Canaveral National Seashore Park. An entrance fee of $10/vehicle is good for 7 days, giving you plenty of time to come back and enjoy the trails, catch of glimpse of endangered wildlife, and take in spectacular views of this undeveloped shoreline.
